Why eat breakfast?


Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It is the time for your body to refuel and replenish its energy reserves. If you start with a good breakfast, you will be less likely to have a hungry mid-day, thus lessening the probability you will consume an unhealthy snack.

A number a studies show that people who skip breakfast tend to be more overweight than those who eat breakfast regularly.

 

What is a good breakfast?
