Peter Zawel is the CEO and president of Rye Spring Water. He graduated from University of Southern California in 2002. Shortly after graduation, Peter moved back to New York where he noticed a spring in his backyard with great tasting water. Peter then came up with the idea of bottling this natural spring water and distributing it locally. Five years later, Peter is running a multi-million dollar company with his brother Marc.

Marc Zawel is the Vice President of Rye Spring Water. He graduated from Cornell University with a bachelor of arts in history. In 2005, Untangling the Ivy-League, the 565-page college admissions guidebook that he developed, researched and wrote was finally published. Marc then went to business school at University of North Carolina at Chapell Hill, where he obtained an MBA. Marc's business knowledge is a great resource for Peter.
