Research Interest

Data Transformation and Artificial Intelligence
I am currently working in delivering a general data transformation tool, which could learn the transformation programs from few user given examples. Our approach is automatically generating transformation programs that are consistent with examples from a predefined grammar. We rank all these consistent transformation programs to sort out the programs that the user may really want to do. This problem presents three challenges to me:

How to represent a transformation program?
How to guess the user's real intention given few examples?
How to search in a huge grammar space to identify the consistent programs?

I hope my work could put light in these problems and benifit both general research problems and specific application.
