Bio
My name is Wei-Cherng Liao, coming from Taiwan.
I'm currently a PhD student in Electrical Engineering at the University
of Southern California.
My advisor is Prof. Konstantinos Psounis.
I received my first degree and the M.Sc. degree from the department of
Electrical and Computer Engineering of National Taiwan University, Taiwan,
in June 1998 and June 2000 respectively.

Modeling, and performance prediction/analysis for computer networks and the incentive scheme of P2P system.
