  Dreaming of a White Christmas: Holidays are here already

It's that time of year again -- where Christmas lights and garland are strung up before Halloween? Stores around Los Angeles are getting a jump start on the holidays even before the neighborhood kids get a chance to say "Trick or Treat." Shopping hot spots like The Beverly Center and The Grove showed signs of the Christmas cheer the weekend of Halloween. But do consumers like the sparkle and shine of the lights so early?
