The USC-SMPTE Chapter currently consists of five advisors and nineteen students.  The chapter's five highly acclaimed advisors come from both the Viterbi School of Engineering and the School of Cinema.  With their professional knowledge and experience, they help the chapter identify and secure projects, as well as evaluate which USC-SMPTE members are best suited for each project. 

There are nineteen highly motivated students members of the USC-SMPTE Chapter from both the Viterbi School of Engineering and the Annenberg School of Communications.  Twelve of the student members are Ph.D. students conducting their research under Professor Kuo.  Six of the student members are pursuing their Masters degrees.
