Our Vision

ISA has formulated a vision that addresses the benefits that we hope to provide to our members, which will give them the everything they need for a successful career in Information Technology. There are four pillars of our Vision:

  • Networking
  • Knowledge
  • Experience
  • Leadership

The ISA Technology Series

Representatives from various firms currently recruiting at USC for full-time and internship positions have been invited to serve as guest speakers at each weekly meeting. These speakers will be presenting the issues and trends currently impacting the industry, as well as important information about their firm.

ISA Networking and Social Event

ISA will be hosting several networking events throughout the duration of the semester. The purpose of these events is to promote social interaction and relationships between ISA members, as well as individuals and representatives from various firms. The events include a football tailgater, pool night, paintball, Speedzone, as well as others. ISA will close the semester with an Alumni Networking Dinner. All social events are free to ISA members.

Membership

All students who are currently enrolled at the university are eligible to become members of the organization. Students wishing to join must complete a membership application and submit their dues.

ISA practices an Active/Non-Active status for all members.

How to be an Active Member:

Students must complete and maintain the requirements below in order to attain "Active" status:

  • Submit money for dues
  • Attend 7 ISA Networking Events/Technology Series.
