- Determine the target audience:
Target audience is the most important reason why the website exists. Without
market, there is no value of the products. To analyze the goals makes us know
and determine the target audience.
- Give a clear schedule: To analyze
the goals can give us a clear schedule about each step, which makes the whole
project easy to follow.
- Prepare to be competitive: To
analyze the goals before is the prerequisite to be competitive. Facing so
many competitors, the first thing is to know what are our advantages and disadvantages
so as to find the right place in the market. With millions of websites on
the internet, website¡¦s goal is the key to succeed.

used grey and white colors in the top toolbar. These two colors are too close.
It is not good for people to read.

long for people to scroll.
- Constantly moving images: A
moving image in the center is running incesstantly, which has an overpowering
effect on the human peripheral vision.
