We want to see fewer poor. We also wish to help people defend themselves. Our strategy      
to achieve this is simple;

ABCD supports the USOTP's drive to improve the poor. The goal is to reduce the number of
poor. For the community this means a reduction in the number of poor and a resulting
increase in income.
