Basics

Strikes: Back-fist Strike and Fingertip/Spear-hand Thrust, Palm Strike, Knife/Open-hand strikes, Elbow Strikes

Kicks: Back Kick, Nal Ah Baum (Tornado Kick), Push Kick, Knee Strikes

 

Moving towards all directions (90 degrees turns) with combos of blocks, punches and kicks

 

Self-Defense

One-Step:

4) R leg step R to front stance, L in-to-out block, R elbow strike

5) R leg step R to front stance, L in-to-out block, step in R knee strike

6) L in-to-out crescent kick, R high-section turning kick

Grabs: Old Techniques, add elbow and wrist locks

From Joon bi stance:

1.      Turn 90° L with L leg to 9’oclock, and execute L down block with L walking stance.

2.      Execute R front kick and land forward to R front stance with R middle punch followed by L middle punch.

3.      Turn 180° R with R leg to 3 o’clock and execute R down block w/ R walking stance.

4.      Execute L front kick and land forward to L front stance with L middle punch followed by R middle punch.

5.      Turn 90° L with L leg to 12 o’clock and execute R out-to-in knifehand strike to the chin with L walking stance.

6.      Move forward with R leg and execute L out-to-in knifehand strike to the chin with R walking stance.

7.      Turn 90° to the L with L leg to 9 o’clock and execute L knifehand outside middle block with L back stance.

8.      Adjust L leg to L front stance and execute R middle punch.

9.      Turn 180° to the R with R leg to 3 o’clock and execute R knifehand outside middle block with R back stance.

10.  Adjust R leg to R front stance and execute L middle punch.

11.  Turn 90° L with L leg to 12 o’clock and execute R out-to-in middle block with L walking stance.

12.  Move forward w/ R leg and execute L out-to-in middle block with R walking stance.

13.  Turn 270° L with L leg to 3 o’clock and execute L down block w/ L walking stance.

14.  Execute R front kick and land forward to R front stance with R middle punch followed by L middle punch.

15.  Turn 180° R with R leg to 9 o’clock and execute R down block w/ R walking stance.

16.  Execute L front kick and land forward to L front stance with L middle punch followed by R middle punch.

17.  Turn 90° L with L leg to 6 o’clock and execute L down block followed by R middle punch in a L walking stance.

18.  Move forward with R leg and execute R down block followed by L middle punch in R walking stance.

19.  Execute L front kick and land forward to L walking stance with L down block.  Immediately follow with R middle punch.

20.  Execute R front kick and land forward to R walking stance with R down block.  Immediately follow with L middle punch.

Kihap, move L leg back to joon bi stance.
