Fwd-diagonal L horse-riding stance w R in-to-out knife-hand block & grab,
extended L arm w palm on opponents elbow: L hand pushes elbow & R hand
pulls (both hands also twist so opponents elbow faces upwards). L front kick
to face. 12)Same stance
& block/grab as #11, R turning kick to stomach,(foot stays in the air,
balance by holding w R hand) hook-kick to face followed by turning kick to
face (all w same foot) 13) L diagonal walking stance, L over arm motion (swimming motion - elbow pointing up fingers pointing down)- to grab opponent's forearm between our elbow and trunk - w simultaneous R reverse step (this locks opponents elbow on our back). R elbow strike to the back, R back-fist (knuckles) strike to the back of the head, R hand goes over opponents head & locks his throat into elbow then pulls fwd w simultaneous sweep w R leg of opponents R leg. Downwards punch to the face. |

Start getting exposed to Taeguek Yuk Jang and simultaneous block-strike techniques (as well as simultaneous double blocks). Start learning turning hook kick (turning reverse roundhouse). Keep practicing on back & side falls and rolls. |

From Joon Bi stance:
1.
Turn 90 degrees to the L with L leg to
2. Pull the L foot in, and execute L hammer fist.

Turn 180 degrees to the R with R leg to

6. Execute R front kick, and land forward to R front stance with R backfist to the sternum area. Immediate follow with L out-to-in middle block.

8. Move forward with R leg, and execute R backfist to the sternum area with R front stance.
