-       De novo whole transcriptome assembly. You can find project page WEAV.

-       De novo metagenomic sequence assembly using de Bruijn approach (currently not available)

-       Genome re-sequencing finding longer Indel mutations, SNPs, and so on using Eulerian Graph approach.
