Welcome to Su Jin's Homepage

I am from Korea and was born in Busan which is secondary big city in Korea, but has grown up mostly in Seoul. I have a masters degree from Korea. I served as a visiting researcher at the department of Geography, at University of California, Santa Barbara from 2004-2006. While I was there, I had been studying impact of scale and algorithm on computing down-slope and flow from digital elevation model with Prof. Keith Clarke. Currently I am doing my Ph.D at University of Southern California at the department of Geography under the guidance of Prof. John Wilson. My interests are in terrain analysis and environment modeling using remote sensing and GIScience. My life in L.A is adventurous and exciting and I hope to have great success from my works.
