3D modeling is today an unavoidable tool in modern architecture. It saves much time compared to building physical models, as changes can easily be made. Extremely detailed models are today a part of the whole process and changed as ideas develop. Digital models can also provide detailed information about light and inside perspectives that physical models never could. Four different programs: Autodesk Revit, FormZ, AutoCAD and ArchiCAD were used to create 3D models. The following pages will give a few examples of the possibilities in each program.
