3D Modeling

 

3D modeling is today an unavoidable tool in modern architecture. It saves much time compared to building physical models, as changes can easily be made. Extremely detailed models are today a part of the whole process and changed as ideas develop. Digital models can also provide detailed information about light and inside perspectives that physical models never could. Four different programs: Autodesk Revit, FormZ, AutoCAD and ArchiCAD were used to create 3D models. The following pages will give a few examples of the possibilities in each program.
