WELCOME to the official website of Spirits In Action, a USC-student run organization committed to celebrating students with disabilities. We strive to connect these local Los Angeles students with USC students throughout the year and celebrate these students with our Spirits In Action Day (a fun-filled event with track and field competitions and a carnival). News ------------------------------------- January 31, 2010 Happy new year everyone! It's the end of the first month of the year and Spirits In Action has been working really hard to put this year's event together! We also have 20 new awesome individuals join our organization, and I have a feeling that they are going to be huge assets to our organization. While our official recruiting is over, we ALWAYS welcome new members to join us at anytime. So if you're interested, let us know at spiritsinactionorg@gmail.com ! Rebecca Sekar ------------------------------------- October 3, 2009 Hola! So it's been pretty quiet on the Spirits front, but we've been working away like bees behind the scenes. We've got an amazing e-board put together and it feels like we're going to hit the ground running. So stay tuned for information like meeting times, etc to come up in the near future. We've made some changes to Spirits In Action, making it a more active presence in the community and a more enriching experience for our members. We'll be having two information sessions during the beginning of fall semester where we'll be talking about ways to get involved in the organization (we have some E-Board positions open!).
