Simulated a self-organizing network of stand-alone mobile nodes in a race to find a target in a Client/Server environment using UNIX Sockets in C/C++.
Both Streamy and Datagram Sockets were used
Conducted Network Simulations using OPNET. Local Area Networks such as Ethernet (Both Shared and Switched) and Routing Algorithms including RIP and OSPF were simulated and their performances were evaluated
Conducted Network Protocol Analysis using Wireshark "Ethereal".
Protocols included DHCP, DNS, HTTP and SSL
Simulated, using Discrete-Event Simulations, several Queueing models including M/M/c, M/M/c/c and M/G/1 and compared their performances
Created a library mangement system using RFID cards
Created CGI interfaces using HTML, XML, Javascript & CSS
Created a mash up between google maps and flickr pictures using AJAX, JSON and HTML
Created USC Transit system using Oracle DBMS
Developed an ORDBMS that allows a user to find the location of trams, students, stops and various routes on USC map. Utilized Oracle data types, Mysql & SQLplus to query the database.
