Treasurer

Constitutional Description:

• The Treasurer will keep an accurate record of all debits and incomes and present a monthly report on the Association’s financial status at each general S.G.A. meeting. The Treasurer will be responsible for ensuring that there is enough capital available so that S.G.A. can operate effectively. The Treasurer will be empowered to make any and all purchases for the Association that have received prior approval by the President. Responsibility for reconciling monthly bank statements and paying any overdraft or service charges will be delegated to the Treasurer. The Treasurer may appoints and oversees Finance committee chairman.
