The Southern California Recreational Sports Professionals in conjunction with FORE present the 19th Annual SoCal Scramble Golf Tournament. By participating this year, each individual will also be supporting student development and the Region VI SoCal Scramble scholarship endowment. All funds donated to the Foundation will be used to enhance scholarship opportunities for students in Region VI to attend regional and/or national conferences. All golfers and hackers are invited to play. The tournament is a great way to interact with students and professionals in a recreational setting. From tee to green we believe you'll score a hole-in-one by playing in the SoCal Scramble!!
Top Overall Team wins $750 entry to the National Championship in Las Vegas. Top three teams in each division qualifies for nationals. Additional National Entries and Travel awarded based on participation. The Las Vegas package includes 2 nights hotel, pairing parties, championship tournament and an outstanding prize package. Three different divisions and all abilities compete against other schools; Students, Fac/Staff and Alumni/community. All Participants receive a year subscription to Golf World, Golf Shirt and on course beverages.

NCAA Men's Golf Championship - USC Hosting
USC is hosting 2012 NCAA Men's Golf Championships at the famed Riviera Country Club in Pacific Palisades from May 29-June 3. I'm assisting in coordinating volunteers for the event. This is an excellent opportunity to support your university and see some fanatic golf. I highly encourage you to volunteer. Please send me your availability and I'll have a full schedule out by May 25th
The teams will play three rounds from May 29-31 beginning at 7 a.m. each day. The top eight teams will advance to a single-elimination match-play tournament from June 1-3, beginning at 10 a.m. each day.

The USC Trojan Golf Club hosts a National Collegiate Golf Championship Local Qualifier. Area Colleges and Universities are invited to play in this two person scramble tournament where the winning team in three divisions goes to the National Championship in Las Vegas.
The Las Vegas package includes Travel, 2 nights hotel, pairing parties, championship tournament at the Las Vegas Paiute and an outstanding prize package.

The competitive branch of the Trojan Golf Club will give top golfers the opportunity to compete against other collegiate golf teams. These competitive events will mirror the template used in team play at the high school and NCAA level. Players who elect to participate in the competitive branch will essentially be on a team, competing against other programs in southern California. In McDonalds Swim Stadium over by the scoreboard there is a practice putting green to make even the smallest break in class a great time to work on your short game. Look forward to putting contests for prizes and other new and exciting events.
