I am a third-year undergraduate music education student at USC. My performance emphasis is violin. I also enjoy playing flute, piano, and harp. Currently, I am volunteering as an assistant conductor of the Community Youth Orchestra of Southern California, a string orchestra that performs western and Chinese classical music. During Summer 2005, I visited London to complete a course in Balinese Gamelan music at the School of Oriental and African Studies and a course in Er-hu at the Chinese Music Summer School at the Royal Academy of Music. Currently, I teach private violin and viola lessons in Los Angeles.
