| Profile: Somo is currently a PhD student at University of Southern California, working towards his degree under the direction of Dr. Nenad Medvidovic. He received his B.S degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering from National Insitute of Technology, Rourkela, India in 1999. He worked in the capacity of Senior Software Engineer in Satyam Computer Services Ltd., India from September 1999 to January 2002. Thereafter, he successfully pursued an M.S. degree in Computer Science in Louisiana State University under the guidance of Dr. Sukhamay Kundu and Dr. Donald H. Kraft. His research interests include architecture and design of mobile and distributed systems, quantification of NFRs and trustworthiness in software systems and stochastic models for reliability estimation of software systems. |
