NUKHET A. SANDAL got her Ph.D. in Politics and International Relations from the University of Southern California (2010), and she is currently a Visiting Fellow at the Watson Institute for International Studies at Brown University. She worked as a research associate in the Religion, Identity and Global Governance (RIGG) Project funded by The Henry Luce Foundation. Her research interests include religion and international affairs, politics of divided societies and international relations theory. Sandal has articles in the European Journal of International Relations, Review of International Studies, Alternatives, Political Studies and Canadian Journal of Political Science.
