R.J. Fox is a native of the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area. After graduating from the University of Southern California, he worked for four years in Ireland for a small local brewery, mastering the techniques of crafting beer. After a short stint at Budweiser, Mr. Fox began what has now come to be known as Fox Ale Breweries.

Mike Mann has worked with Fox Ale Breweries since the start. Mr. Mann began his brewing experience working his way up the ladder at Coors. His 15 years of experience in handling, selecting, and preparing hops is unparalleled.
