Since the 4th century BC, core-formed glass vessels (such as the one on the left) were mass-produced and traded all along the Mediterranean.

What makes this one unique is the base, which, when compared to others made around the same time, is the only one of its kind.

And yet, when looking at similar vessels, a place of origin is still hard to determine.
