Chicken with Dill
Ingredients:
1 1/2 - 2 lbs. (0.7 - 1kg) chicken breast cut into bite-size pieces
2 cloves of garlic finely chopped
1 tsp. finely chopped fresh ginger
1/4 cup of chopped fresh baby dill
Instructions:
Fry garlic and ginger in olive oil until lightly browned.
Add pieces of chicken and dill.
Stir every couple minutes until meat is white.
Put juice of lemon uniformly over chicken and stir.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Fry until chicken is browned outside and white inside.
Sidedish Suggestions:
rice, put chicken fry on top or side
boiled/steamed pea pods
salad - lettuce, tomatoes, vinegar/oil, salt and pepper
