Phi Sigma Biological Honor Society is an nationally recognized organization that promotes studentsí interest in academic research and recognizes students' academic excellence in the biological sciences.
This organization provides students with the opportunity for social, educational, and professional advancement. The society stimulates interest in contemporary biological research and helps students develop the ability to communicate scientific ideas effectively with professors, graduate students, and fellow undergraduates. This organization gives students the opportunity to use scientific knowledge in ways that classroom experience alone cannot. Phi Sigma provides the perfect opportunity for undergraduates to build relationships and create networks between themselves, faculty, and those in the Pre-Heath industries.
In addition, the executive board members can offer a wealth of perspectives and assist students in their chosen career paths.
