The location of this site is defined by the Pacific Coast Highwayo the East, the beach of the Pacific Ocean to the West. This spectacular location holds a unique history, once encompassing what was known as the most magnificent house on the beach.

Responding to the sites natural elements - an environment of sun, sea, sky and sand, a plan was created to capture this dynamic.
