• Team project for building an e-commerce business model to act as technical consultants for a distributed computing environment. Also developed an interactive website using Frontpage, HTML, SQL and Oracle.
• Team entrepreneurial venture on developing a short-term business plan for entering the virtual reality entertainment market with the intention of targeting an appropriate buyer once our position in the market has been secured. The plan will be sent to a panel of venture capitalists for their appraisal.
• Team project with MediaOne to reengineer their procurement process using the Knowledge Value Added (KVA) methodology.
• Team project on "Design of Central Entry Control Point to Classified Facility"
• Utilized project management software and tools for cost and work breakdown structures as well as network diagrams. Performed an earned value and risk analysis, developed contingencies and dealt with customer change orders.
• Team project on "Control of Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) in a Facilities Layout"
• Simulated various dispatching strategies for AGVs in a factory layout and determined the best dispatch strategy and optimal number of AGVs to be used for a loop layout.
