Membership in the club is 25$ a semester, which will help for all kinds of fee's that we will run into. The money will be due by the end of February,But GET IT TO US ASAP!!! cause you can't attend any events without having turned it in. Try and give one of the officers(preferably Chris) either cash or a check made out to USC Outdoors Club.
Events
Make sure to be on our club mailing list for the latest info about upcoming events. Our biggest event coming up is the spring break trip to Pismo Beach. We'll be camping there from Saturday, March 11th until Wednesday, March 15th. Please let us know ASAP if you want to go on this trip, as space is limited. Also, let us know if you have your own camping gear (tent, sleeping bag, etc), and if you can drive. This semester we plan on doing a few more club hikes and bonfires, some community service work, as well as a party or two. If you have any good ideas for the club, just send us an email and we'll get right on it. Thanks everybody....
This September, the USC Outdoors Club will be working as volunteers for the Aloha Beach Festival, a weekend long event that raises funds for groups like the Surfrider Foundation and the Kekua Foundation. This will be an awesome weekend filled with great music, surfing, food, and the Aloha spirit. Most importantly, all the proceeds are going towards great causes that the Outdoors Club fully supports.
