Due to the diminishing natural reserviors on the island, there has been a growing need for an artificial means of obtaining and supplying clean water to Oahu islanders. Although the price of water may increase due to a more complex process of producing clean water, desalanization is necessary for the continuation of the current lifestyle of those living on Oahu. |
