We are an organized number of spiritually and emotionally strong women who will always maintain faith in each other regardless of any intense situation we may encounter. We will provide mutual support and encouragement in order to achieve tasks and goals, whether they are individual or group oriented.

Our common goal is one of unity, in the pursuit of creating a difference in our own lives, as well as in the lives of others. Incorporating each individual's effort, participation, leadership, and loyalty, while communicating our thoughts and never intending to offend others, will empower us. Through our laughs and tears, we will learn to love one another wholly, encompassing respect, trust and faith.

Nuestra Alma Latina will stand for a source of motivation, support, heritage, encouragement and leadership. It is a non-discriminating unity with the desire to help one another and the community. We shall make an impact on college-bound Latinas, as well as anyone who feels intimidated by the college experience.

The dependable, strong, and educated young women, shaped by the experiences with Nuestra Alma Latina, will influence society to view the best qualities of women and no longer permit the perception of women as weak and incapable of overcoming challenges. We will assume the roles of leaders. As members of Nuestra Alma Latina, we shall possess the strength and motivation to succeed. We are life-long friends who will always offer support and love.
