Do you want to recognize someone for their great work? Did you attend a great program that should be recognized? Here is your chance to nominate them for an "Of the Month" (OTM) award!
Each month, nominations are reviewed by NRHH members. Winners from each category are selected and recognized throughout the residential community. Additionally, recipients of OTMs are forwarded on to receive both regional and national levels of recognition.
The Nomination Process
The nomination process has two separate and distinct categories: awards for programs and awards for individuals/groups. Nominations (for the previous month) are due by the 5th of each month at 11:59pm (for example: May 5th is the deadline for April OTM submissions).

OTM Incentive Program
NRHH recognizes not only those individuals and programs that are nominated, but also strives to recognize those who take the time and energy to nominate people doing meaningful work for OTMs. Given this goal, we have created an incentive program to encourage residential students and staff members to nominate people doing great work for OTMs. In addition, we have created an incentive that recognizes building communities that take the time to recognize others in the community.
NOMINATORS:
t For every nomination that an individual nominator submits she/he will receive one raffle ticket to enter a drawing to win a prize that month. t Prizes can range from t-shirts to movie tickets to gift certificates, etc. t The more nominations you submit, the more likely you are to win the monthly raffle. However, remember we are looking for quality OTMs! t A Nominator of the Year (the one with the most winning nominations) will also be selected from the pool for the entire year.
BUILDINGS:
t As an incentive to increase the number of nominations in each individual building, we have created an incentive for Buildings of the Month. t Each month the top three buildings (based on percentages) that submit OTM nominations will be named Buildings of the Month. t A Building of the Year will be selected at the end of the year.
Please remember that we are looking for QUALITY nominations. Nominations that go on to win regional and national awards may receive additional opportunities to win in the OTM Incentive program.
