About Me

I am a Ph.D. candidate in Computer Science department at University of Southern California. I am currently working with Professor Roger Zimmermann at the USC Integrated Media Systems Center.

Research Interest

My research spans a lot of areas, including networking, multimedia streaming, video conferencing, distributed systems, audio signal processing and computer gaming. I participated in a lot of projects in all these areas during the past several years.  I am particularly interested in applying probabilities and mathematical modeling to these areas. My master's thesis is on human speech recognition and my Ph.d thesis concentrates on media streaming in mobile wireless environment.

My Curriculum Vitae contains more info about me.
