This corporation is a nonprofit public benefit corporation and is not organized for the private gain of any person. It is organized under the Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation Law for charitable purposes.
- To significantly reduce the number of individuals unemployed in the
United States of America who have a limited or no knowledge of available alternative
energy opportunities.
- To provide services to include, but not limited to, career planning,
interest/aptitude assessments, resume writing, interview techniques, job seeking
skills training, and other assistance as needed and appropriate.
- To provide the know –how knowledge in advanced alternative energy
technology for those interested and who are seeking further education and/or trade
training.
- To engage in such other activities that is within the scope of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended or the corresponding provisions of any future United States Revenue Law. The Corporation shall have all those general powers specified in Section 23701(d) of the California Revenue and Taxation Code and Section 5000 of the California Corporations Code, including the power to do everything necessary, proper, advisable or convenient for the accomplishment of any of the purposes set forth herein, provided the same not be forbidden by the laws of the State of California.
