Megan Gosch is a Master’s Student in the GIST Program at the University of Southern California. Since 2006 she has owned the GIS firm Geografika Consulting. Megan provides GIS database design, creation, analysis and cartographic output to a variety of clients. Previously she worked for EDAW, Inc. (1997-2006) as a Senior Associate and specialized in the integration of GIS and other innovative technologies into the environmental and urban planning processes. She began her career in GIS as a GIS Specialist for the Geographical Information Center at California State University, Chico. Megan created a variety of GIS datasets and mapping products including for the Sacramento River reach through Butte County, and Butte Creek. She is in her second semester at USC and is focused on learning how to develop web mapping applications to assist in environmental analysis.
