Simin Mehrabani

Biography

Simin Mehrabani received her B.S. in chemical engineering with an emphasis in petroleum industries process design from the Iran University of Science and Technology in 2008. Currently, she is working towards her PhD in Professor Andrea M. Armani's research group at the University of Southern California.

As an undergraduate, she worked on Separation of Oxygen from Air Using Perovskite-type Ceramic Membranes.

Research Interests

Simin is interested in developing new types of microlasers using whispering gallery mode microresonators.
