My name is Leanne Chan (Lai-Hang). Welcome to my personal web page. I am a 5th year PhD candidate specializing in Biomedical Engineering @ University of Southern California. Hong Kong is my birth place and Cantonese is my first language. Although I look like Caucasian, I am indeed 100% Chinese. I learnt Mandarin from my ex-roomate in Los Angeles. Afterwards, I made a lot of Mandarin-speaking friends. Although I am now in California, I miss Hong Kong very much.

In my leisure time, I like playing sports. Playing basketball and running are two of my favourite exercises in California. Taking photographs is one of my favourite hobbies too. I am still searching for a nice DSLR with resonable price. That's it for now. Hope you enjoy surfing this site.
