No room to grow? Join a Community Garden

In a big city, you're more likely to have a cement porch than a large yard with a garden. But that doesn't have to stop you from working with that good earth. Join a community garden!

Most neighborhoods in LA City have a community garden where residents can get a small plot of land to grow vegetables or flowers.

Find the garden that's closest to you and give the organizer a call. Some gardens have become fairly popular so there may be a waiting list.
