I'm a Ph.D. student in the Computer Science Department at the University of Southern California (USC), and a research assistant in the Semantic Information Research Group at Integrated Media Systems Center (IMSC) working with Dr. Dennis McLeod.

 
     

Research ...............................................................

The need to search for complex and recurring patterns in database sequences and data streams is shared by many applications. I am interested in research on how to express and support efficiently sophisticated sequential pattern queries in data streams and multi-dimensional environments.

At summer 1999 I had the opportunity to work as Intern at Philips Research Silicon Valley. My main project was research and development on "Home Reliable Server"(HRS) project. In addition I studied the design and development of a Linux Based distributed Database for HRS.
