The Beginning

2009 would be the best year to start a real estate investment, partly because everybody is trying to get out of it. 2008 was a year of financial market meltdown and now is still a time of confusion and un-clarity. My intuition tells me that it is the time to start investing, but my education tells me to wait a little.

At the moment, I am formally studying real estate investment and development at a graduate school and I want to record what I am learning through this blog. This blog will show my successes and failures, and hopefully sharing this information can help others as well.
