The Great Hudson River Revival is an annual festival hosted by the organization Clearwater. The group centers around the sloop Clearwater, a replica of ships that sailed the Hudson River in the 18th and 19th century. The sloop, whose construction was prompted by musician Pete Seeger, has traveled the Hudson for 26 years, educating children and adults about the river and promotoing its preservation.

The Clearwater Festival, held in annually in Croton Point Park, offers opportunities for activism, local arts and crafts, and six stages of music. Bands at this year's festival included the Indigo Girls, Deni Bonnet, Black 47, and the Bacon Brothers. Click on the images from the festival at left to enlarge them.
