Dubai's Nad al Sheba Racecourse hosts the $6 million Dubai World Cup, the richest horse race in the world. Since its creation in 1996, horses from the United States, Great Britain, Japan, England and Australia have competed in Dubai. The 2004 winner, American-owned Pleasantly Perfect, is pictured above.
