Mike, a native to Northern Michigan, graduated from high school in 2005. He is currently attending Michigan State University, where he is majoring in Journalism with a specialization in Film Studies. Mike has always had a passion for movies, and in between writing for The State News, works on new scripts. He currently lives in East Lansing.

Mike has a flair for the surreal, and is one of the funniest up-and-coming writer/performers. Besides his great sense of humor, however, is a deep passion for moviemaking, finding great inspiration in the works of Quentin Tarantino, Francis Ford Coppola, and others.
