Meet the Executive Board

Interaxon prides itself on being a dynamic and interactive organization, and we value every member's opinion and ideas. Since we are a relatively new organization, every member has a chance to have an enormous influence. Here are Interaxon's first among equals: the people who make everything happen behind the scenes. Feel free to contact anyone with questions, thoughts, or suggestions.

"How can I apply for the Interaxon Executive Board?"

We elect a new Executive Board at the end of each academic year. Howevever, there are many ways to get involved in Interaxon this year that go above and beyond. Interaxon E-Board meetings are open to all members, and will be held at 6pm on Tuesdays that do not have a general meeting; the dates will also be posted on the sidebar to your right and our Facebook page. Here, you are welcome to voice concerns, contribute new ideas, or simply give us a hand.

Additionally, the "Interaxon Leader" E-Board position will be made available throughout the year for those serious about taking on E-Board responsibilities. It will be interview-based, and past participation/attendance at meetings will be helpful for achieving this position. For more information, contact Ryan or Divya.

A leader is best when people barely know he exists, not so good when people obey and acclaim him, worse when they despise him... But of a good leader who talks little when his work is done, his aim fulfilled, they will say, 'We did it ourselves.'" - Lao Tzu

I have always loved the sciences and hope to spread my passion for learning to the next generation. I am interested in the field of neural engineering and developing technologies that emulate the amazing abilities of the human brain. Outside of academics, I enjoy building things, playing music (saxophone, piano), being outdoors, being creative, and goofing off. Really excited for Interaxon's future!
