Janelle is a senior majoring in Health Promotion and Disease Prevention Studies, Biology, and East Asian Languages and Cultures. In her free time, she enjoys tennis, swimming, reading, and practicing violin. She plans to attend medical school and hopes to become a primary care doctor. |

Sean is a senior majoring in Health Promotion and Disease Prevention Studies and Biology. He did work with Dr. Spruijt-Metz on the IPR campus this summer and tutors for SAAS. He plans on attending medical school and specializing in either psychiatry or surgery. |

Thea Fernandez
Thea is a senior majoring in Health Promotion and Disease Prevention Studies and minoring in Health Communication. She has a passion for music and loves to sing, play the flute for her church choir, and dance ballet, tap, jazz and hip-hop. Thea also enjoys traveling and loves food. In the future, she plans on obtaining a Master's in Public Health and pursuing a career in the fields of Health Communication, Health Education, or Global Health.

research at HSC, volunteering at University Hospital, and serving in medical missions. She plans to attend medical school
to specialize in Dermatology or Plastic Surgery.

Her hobbies include playing sports, especially tennis, working out, reading and playing the violin. She would like to attend medical school to pursue a career as a doctor.
