To make the robot move faster, I managed to get the robot down to 18 turns. Also, instead of turning 120 degrees and moving forward, I had the robot turn 60 degrees and back up. To find out how much time the robot takes, look at the time at the bottom of the youtube video. Based on my count, the robot takes ~25-26 seconds to complete the triangle.
