Jaclyn Battistoni – Head of Marketing
As a health promotion and disease prevention major at the University of Southern California, Jaclyn is a senior studying pre-medicine with plans to go to medical school. Her dreams of becoming a doctor began in high school when her sister was diagnosed with Systemic Lupus which was a very difficult time for their family. When Jaclyn witnessed the impact that doctors had on her sister’s life by diagnosing and treating her, she knew that helping people had to be a part of her career. Her choice of specialty in medicine right now is pediatrics because she has always had a love for children.
Jaclyn was born and raised in a suburb of Chicago and never lived anywhere else until she moved to Los Angeles for college. Her entire family remains in Chicago and since she values family so deeply, she will be moving back for medical school. However, she is still undecided as to which school she wants to attend. During high school, Jaclyn was involved with pre-medical classes and extracurricular activities. She worked as a Certified Nurse’s Assistant for four years during high school and college, and has continued with volunteer work in hospitals and nursing homes since then.
At USC, Jaclyn is active with her sorority Alpha Chi Omega, and has just finished her term as the Vice President. Jaclyn’s experience with her sorority and the many organized parties that she has participated in during her time at USC inspired her to start ExtremeTheme with her partners. Having helped to plan many sorority functions, she saw the need for a company to help with the party planning. She brings her experience with the Greek system at USC and their typical needs to the company. |

Jeff Zechnich – Chief Party Planner
As a current junior at the University of Southern California, Jeff is double majoring in business and accounting. He is a member of the Accounting Society, which is a professional organization established to introduce and help students with the recruiting process with the accounting firms. Jeff has not always known he wanted to be an accountant, however.
Always telling his father, a CPA, that he did not want to follow in his boring footsteps, Jeff always said he would do anything but become an accountant. However, due to the classes and the caliber of the people he met during accounting events, Jeff was convinced he had to change his mind about the profession. He changed his major to accounting and is hoping to receive an internship this summer at one of the Big Four accounting firms. Somehow, with all his classes and recruiting events, Jeff finds a way to remain physically active.
During high school he participated in three sports, football, basketball and track. He was the starting wide receiver on the division championship football team his senior year. Also in his senior year, he was a starting forward on the basketball team, which he led to the semifinals of the division championships. In the spring of his senior year, Jeff ran track and made the second round of the division championships in the high hurdles.
With this void of competition in his life, Jeff brings a lot of enthusiasm and drive to Extreme Theme. Along with this, his background in accounting gives him a specialty that allows him to ensure the company is being as efficient as possible. |
