Who are the paparazzi?

It's rapidly growing and undeniably competitive but there's more to the paparazzi industry than most believe they know. In the past few months alone, the paparazzi have garnered a reputation as aggressive and rude photographers who some claim are stalkers with cameras. But as one photographer points out, the public shouldn't be berating the paparazzi. Both he and a magazine source agree it's the public's hunger for constant celebrity news that fuels and sustains this business.
