Request Funding

In order to be considered for funding, a requesting organization must meet ALL of the following requirements:

Before Approval:

  1. Read the funding policies.

  2. Completely fill out the EGSA Funding Agreement Form .

  3. Completely fill out the EGSA Funding Request Form.

  4. Completely fill out the EGSA Funding Request Supplement Form.

After Approval Before Event:

  1. Completely fill out the PO and IR Request Form .

  2. Email Vice President - Communications details of the event to be added to EGSA website and advertisements.

After Event:

  1. Submit all invoices and receipts.

  2. Completely fill out the EGSA Event Evaluation Form.

 

NOTE: If these obligations are not met, funding may be withdrawn along with cancellation of all PO's and IR's issued for the event.
