This event is perfect for you if:
Ø You're a Viterbi student with an idea and you're looking for assistance on the business side
Ø You're interested in networking with fellow entrepreneurial students
Ø You're interested in competing in the business plan competition and would like to form team to work on a plan
Ø You're a Marshall student with an idea for a business and you're looking for technical assistance in moving forward

Tools for Entrepreneurship

Workshop to learn about entrepreneurship resources available to USC students, the alternative career path of entrepreneurship, and an interactive workshop on the "fast-pitch", sometimes known as the "elevator speech". Open to all Viterbi engineering students who are interested in starting their own company.

Fall Dance Festival

Dance your night away making friends and socializing. This is a joint event with CSGO, ASHA for Education & Association of Indian Students(AIS). We will have performances by several on-campus student groups including

  • Vidushak, the Indian Improv group @ USC
  • Anubhavam group
  • DJ Kar
  • Singers
and lots of games, prizes, and food.

Event is free and open to all USC Students and their eligible dependents. Free event pass required and limited free food passes are available on a first-come-first-serve basis to those who RSVP to csgo@usc.edu.

Know Thy Neighbor

A trip to the Los Angeles County Natural History Museum and The California Science Center. A day trip organized for the Students of CS dept. It would include a trip to the mueseum, a small snack / lunch and a trip to the science mueseum. All students are required to have their USC IDs. Students are to RSVP for this event.

EGSA invites you to join our guest speaker, Dr. Nersi Nazari, who will talk about his business life after graduation. Since 2003, he has been the head of Pacific General Ventures, which invests in semiconductor and software companies. Before running Pacific General, Nazari was vice president at Marvell Semiconductor Inc.
