Program Committee
Chair(s): President & Vice President (Programs)

• Responsible for making event plans
• Responsible for providing EGSA event information to Finance and Communication Committees in a timely manner
• Responsible for reserving venue(s) for EGSA events
• Responsible for making all arrangements for EGSA events
  (eg. set-up, clean-up, performers, games, volunteers, etc.)
• Responsible for supporting senator events

Finance Committee
Chair(s): President & Vice President (Finance)

• Responsible for making purchases for all EGSA events
• Responsible for seeking sponsors for EGSA events

Communication Committee
Chair(s): President & Vice President (Communications)

• Responsible for promoting EGSA events
• Responsible for designing, printing, and posting promotional material for all EGSA events
• Responsible for maintaining the online EGSA event gallery
• Responsible for maintaining the VSOE event calendar

Student Concerns Committee
Chair(s): President

• Responsible for addressing engineering graduate students' concerns
• Work with university-wide committees representing the interest of engineering students
• Work with EGSL to bring student issues to VSOE administration

Committee Membership

• Membership is open to all graduate VSOE students
• To become a member, please email: egsa@usc.edu
• Members can serve on a single or multiple committees
• Members are required to attend all meetings of their committee
• Members are expected to perform their assigned tasks in a timely manner and keep the committee chair(s) posted about their assigned tasks
• EGSA senators are required to serve on at least one committee
